Our packages are for businesses, not private consumers. All prices are net and exclude VAT.
Rows marked Microsoft 365 assume that platform. Defender, Conditional Access and Intune need Microsoft 365 Business Premium licences. If you use another workplace platform, we quote the equivalent setup separately.
Apple devices are enrolled through Apple Business Manager and managed with Intune, or with a dedicated Apple MDM if your team is Mac-first.
Microsoft’s trial runs for one month and covers up to 25 people. It renews to a paid plan by default, so we switch off auto-renewal and you decide when to start paying.
What you pay the providers.
On top of our fixed price, paid straight to each provider in your name. We add nothing on top.
Example: a team of five on Standard pays the providers about €130 a month (5 × €22 for Microsoft 365, €18 for hosting) plus about €1 a month for the domain. The first month of Microsoft 365 is free on the trial.
Prices as of September 2026. Providers set and change them, so your quote confirms the current figures.
Moving from another provider?
Not part of the packages, because every move is different. We scope it with you and quote it separately.

Cutovers are planned with you, usually outside working hours, so nobody loses mail or a working day. Improving the security of a domain you already use is not a migration: that’s regular package work.
What we don’t do.
So you don’t have to ask.
No migrations inside our fixed packages. Moving existing mailboxes, files or accounts between providers is quoted separately, after a short call.
No round-the-clock on-call. We're setup specialists, not a helpdesk.
No lock-in. Every account, licence and contract is in your name. Move to someone else whenever you like.
